The largest motion design festival in the world comes to Downtown Los Angeles for two weeks with work presented alongside Digital Witness: Revolutions in Design, Photography, and Film.
During this two-week celebration of the immense aesthetic impact of digital manipulation tools on arts and society, watch a specially curated selection of the motion design works from DEMO Festival 2025. The presentation is on view daily from Thursday, January 30, through Friday, February 14, 6 am to 2 am, on the giant Marriott LA Live display at the intersection of Olympic Blvd. and Francisco St. in Downtown Los Angeles.
About DEMO Festival
DEMO Festival, initiated by Studio Dumbar/DEPT® and co-presented by LACMA and StandardVision, shows the world's best motion design on outdoor screens in the public space, celebrating motion design from the finest studios, designers, upcoming talents, and art academies around the world. For 24 hours, outdoor screens in 15 cities across Europe and North America—including one at the intersection of Olympic Blvd. and Francisco St.—showcase a selection of the best motion works from around the globe.
The full motion program will be shown in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Eindhoven, and Utrecht. A special selection will also be shown on XL and spectacular screens in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cardiff, Leeds, Madrid, Barcelona, and Vancouver.
