Andell Family Sundays
12:30–3:30 pm | Free
Join us on Sundays for programs designed especially for families. Make art, explore the museum, or join a bilingual gallery tour. Most of all—have fun!

Your Bright Future
July 5, 12, 19, 26, 2009
Be captivated by the experimental art in the special exhibition Your Bright Future: 12 Contemporary Artists from Korea. Bring your brightly-colored plastic items to add to artist Choi Jeong-Hwa's installation and make your own art in workshops led by Karthik Pandian, Denise Gray, Jenny Ly, and Quan Yen Trang.

Animals in Art
August 2, 9, 16, 2009
Lion's and tigers, cows and dogs, and elephants! LACMA's
permanent collection is teeming with animals! Create your own wild thing, pet, or beast with artists Larry Ashton, Patricia Yossen, Jesus Mascorro, and Quan Yen Trang.

Power of Color: Abstract Expressionist Art
August 23, 30, September 6, 2009
What does red say to you? How about green or purple? Color is one of the most important ways an artist communicates. In LACMA's permanent collection, check out how abstract expressionists use color. Make your own art or move like a color in workshops with Doran George, May Jong, Daniela Arbuzzi, and Quan Yen Trang.

Andell Family Sundays is supported by Andrew and Ellen Hauptman and the Hauptman Family Foundation.
