A wide variety of art history classes, highlighting both special exhibitions and the permanent collection, are offered throughout the year. Class includes an introduction followed by a private tour of LACMA’s galleries and/or special exhibition. Class size is limited so participants have ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

Mary Lenihan presents this behind-the-scenes look at the special exhibition Luis Melendez: Master of the Spanish Still Life. After an introductory lecture, enjoy a private gallery tour of paintings that are rarely seen outside Europe.
