This week, join us for a concert with the Clayton Cameron Sextet.
Clayton Cameron is a master American drummer, writer, composer, and educator. He has performed or recorded with legends in the music business such as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and Sammy Davis Jr. as well as other legends of the jazz world including George Shearing, Joe Pass, and Joe Williams. Nicknamed the Brush Master for being the most innovative brush player since Papa Jo Jones of the Count Basie Orchestra, he himself is now the drummer for the famous big band.
Jazz at LACMA is free and open to all. Seating is limited and first come, first served. Visitors are encouraged to wear face masks in all indoor spaces including restrooms.
