RED—A Pop-Up Dinner: Midnight Breakfast for The Clock Screening

Patina Restaurant Group and LACMA present RED, a brand new pop-up dinner series. Drawing inspiration from Christian Marclay's 24 hour film The Clock—screening in its entirety from noon on Saturday, April 20th, to noon on Sunday, April 21st—this pop-up "breakfast" dinner, happening at midnight Saturday night, features an innovative and timely three-course menu from executive chef Jason Fullilove. Highlights of the menu include house cured gravlax, LAC griddle, smoked pork belly with 63 degree egg and hash, and chocolate banana French toast.

  • House cured gravlax, bagel tuilles, smoked cream cheese, wild rocket lettuce, tomato, caper, onion
  • "LAC Griddle" griddle cakes, duck egg, duck sausage pattie, sharp cheddar
  • Smoked pork belly, 63 degree egg, hash, sorrel
  • Chocolate banana french toast, Vermont maple syrup
