CANCELED—RED—A Pop-Up Dinner: Body Snatchers

Patina Restaurant Group and LACMA present RED, a brand new pop-up dinner series. Drawing inspiration from sci-fi oddities Zardoz and Fantastic Planet—both screening after the dinner—this pop-up features a four-course menu of dishes that look like one thing but are another, from executive chef Jason Fullilove. 

Menu highlights:

  • Duck liver terrine with chocolate financier and brandied cherries 
  • Snapper crudo with carbonated berries, pistachio, coconut, and Elderflower
  • Slow cooked chicken breast with cox comb, truffle air, and English peas
  • Bergamont snow with sansho orange soup, rose hip granola, and cacao pudding
