Free Sunday at LACMA

In a joint effort to present arts and culture to the diverse communities of Southern California, museums from all over the Southland are offering free admission for the eighth annual Museums Free-For-All. Come to LACMA for free general admission*, tours, family programming, music, and more.

*Does not include admission to Stanley Kubrick or Caravaggio and His Legacy.


Free programs and tours include:

Family Programming: Boone Children’s Gallery
10 am–5 pm  

Tour: Highlights of the Museum: Ancient to Modern (50 minutes)
12–12:50 pm |  L.A. Times Central Court

Family Programming: Andell Family Sundays
12:30–3:30 pm | North Piazza

Tour: Robert Mapplethorpe: XYZ (20 minutes)
1–1:20 pm  | L.A. Times Central Court

Tour: Modern & Contemporary Art: White Center by Mark Rothko (15 minutes)
1:30–1:45 pm | L.A. Times Central Court

Tour: Art of East Asia: Korea (50 minutes)
2–2:50 pm  | L.A. Times Central Court 

Tour: American Art (50 minutes)
3–3:50 pm | L.A. Times Central Court

Concert: Sundays Live: Chamber Ensembles from the Elizabeth Mandell Music Institute
