Frank Strazzeri Quintet

Twenty years ago, LACMA embarked on a new jazz series and opening the series was pianist Frank Strazerri. This fall, the Los Angeles veteran returns to LACMA with his quintet. Strazerri has worked with an amazing breadth of musicians ranging from Billie Holiday to Al Hirt, Louie Bellson to Les Brown, Chet Baker to Maynard Ferguson, and has recorded for Revelation, Sea Breeze, Discovery, and Fresh Sound jazz labels.
