Culture Clash: Banned in Arizona Welcomed at LACMA
Sunday, December 4, 2011 | 4 pm
Created in 1984 in San Francisco's Mission District, Culture Clash is a leading performance art group and L.A.'s favorite satirical sons. Recently banned by the attorney general of Arizona, Culture Clash reads and performs from its new book of plays, Oh, Wild West! Never one to shy away from controversy, the group discusses having its art banned as well as the process of creating plays and culture in a politically charged environment.
