Photographer John Pilson and photography writer Michael Almereyda discuss their upcoming book, which seeks to identify and explore a collective vision of America through photographs taken in the last ten years. The terrain reflects recent notions about what the twenty-first century looks like, more specifically what has been altered or displaced in the United States in the wake of 9/11.
