LACMA’s 2012 Art + Film Gala honorees, Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick, will be the subject of public programs on the evening of Friday, October 26, and the afternoon of Saturday, October 27.

Join Mad Men creator Matt Weiner, Film Independent at LACMA curator Elvis Mitchell, and Britt Salvesen, LACMA curator and department head of photography and prints and drawings, for a discussion about the interplay of art and film in conjunction with LACMA's second annual Art + Film Gala. A screening of Ed Ruscha’s short films Premium (1971/24 min.) and Miracle (1975/28 min.) will follow.
